Warner Bros.’ mini genre production label kick-starts its second wave of direct-to-DVD features this June with Otis from director Tony Krantz (Sublime). Leaning into the horror-comedy realm, the film recently played at South by Southwest in Texas. We now have an early review here by a new contributor to the Shock team, Heather Seebach. Enjoy, and look for Otis to hit shelves on June 10th.
