General Hospital Spoilers Today: Sidwell Frames [Spoilers] for Dalton’s Murder in Nov. 20 Recap

Here’s a recap and all the spoilers on what happened in General Hospital’s November 20 episode. Dalton’s fate reveals what would happen to Britt if she were to try to cross Sidwell, and Ezra confronts Laura, accusing Sonny of rigging the election for her.

Spoilers for what happens on General Hospital on November 20, 2025

Sidwell warns Britt

At Wyndemere, Britt goes into panic after Sidwell shoots Dalton. He warns her that if she ever becomes a liability like Dalton, she would suffer the same fate. Sidwell then calls on Pascal to escort Britt home and warns her that he’ll keep an eye on her at all times. When Britt asks him what he’ll do to Dalton’s body, Sidwell reveals that he has an idea. Back at her home, she goes into a state of panic, thinking about what just happened.

Ezra confronts Laura

At Laura’s office, Lulu comes in to congratulate her mother. Soon, Ezra follows in, accusing Sonny of manipulating the election results in her favor. After he’s gone, Lulu shares plans about Charlotte and Danny wanting to testify to clear Rocco’s name.

Willow has a weak alibi

At Alexis’ office, Willow expresses being more involved in her own case. So, when asked about her alibi for the night of Drew’s shooting, the former tells that she went for a short drive during her work hours and returned to work. Willow assures that she didn’t go to Drew’s place. But clearly, that isn’t good enough for Alexis.

Chase is tracing Jacinda’s whereabouts

Chase meets with Nina at The Brown Dog and asks about Jacinda, trying to identify if she’s connected to Drew’s shooting. Nina finally admits she paid Jacinda in the past and that the woman was often seen with Ezra. Coincidentally, Ezra later comes by the bar, where the two have a drink together.

Tensions at Metro Court

Jacinda and Michael are having dinner at Metro Court when Sonny stops by and asks to be introduced, and briefly touches upon Measure C. Later, Ezra interrupts the two and demands answers from Jacinda for ghosting him. Michael intervenes, but Jacinda diffuses the situation by claiming Ezra to be a friend. Michael receives a text, learning that Measure C was not passed. He later tells Sonny the same.

On the other side of the hotel, Carly vents to Sonny about Lucas moving in with Marco and that he doesn’t understand the risk involved in it. Sonny admits to Carly that he suspects Michael might have framed Willow.

Laura finds Dalton’s body

As Laura heads home, she experiences some car troubles and has to pull over. As she opens her truck for a spare tire, she discovers Dalton’s dead body.
