General Hospital Fans Debate if Nathan Is Faison

Since Nathan returned to General Hospital, seven years after being shot dead by Cesar Faison, the soap opera mega-villain, he returned to the show earlier this year. However, fans are still not sure if this is indeed the Nathan they knew, or someone else masking as Nathan, perhaps Faison himself?

Here’s what the fans are debating about Nathan being Faison.

There have been various theories about Nathan since the time he returned to General Hospital. While he was presumed dead years ago, the man has miraculously returned. But some fans have caught some clues that hint that this may not be Nathan at all.

In fact, a wild theory claims that it could actually be Caesar Faison. The theory suggests he took over Nathan’s body after killing him. This is improbable. However, with storylines often going topsy-turvy in the most fascinating of ways, this could still be a possibility.

A fan started the debate on General Hospital Fans – Official’s Facebook page. They asked, “Nathan is Faison!??” The post received varying responses from fans and some other theories, too.

“I think Maxie was put in a coma because she would know that it’s really not Nathan!!,” one user commented, agreeing that Nathan is not really Nathan. “I think Faison is REALLY dead, and this is Sidwell. Faison saved Nathan and Britt somehow, but Jason shot him dead, and Sidwell is using them to further Faison’s work,” another fan theorized. Yet another fan did not seem impressed with this probable twist. They wrote, “This is why I stopped watching. Stupid storylines.”

Other theories suggest that this may be Nathan’s clone or a look-alike. Another possibility is that it could be an imposter posing as Nathan for some ulterior motive.

Either way, this storyline is not clear yet. It will take some time before there is more clarity about Nathan on General Hospital. Stay tuned.
