It read, “We are discussing a return-to-Perfection sequel, and one or two more outlandish ideas featuring graboids in new settings.” It confirmed that they are not planning to remake the original wth a different cast. “We are considering ideas that feature the return of Kevin Bacon as Val, but no promises!” the statement further read. Now, it remains to be seen when the project will see the light of day.
