Miss Night and Day episode 10 aired on Sunday, July 14, 2024, on JTBC and Netflix. Starring Choi Jin-Hyuk, Jung Eun-Ji, and Lee Jung-Eun, the K-drama is about a woman in her twenties transforming into a 50-year-old during the day.
In the previous episode, Gye Ji-Ung (Jin-Hyuk) got jealous of Lee Mi-Jin (Eun-Ji) and Ko Won’s (Baek Seo-Hoo) friendship. However, she clarified to the prosecutor that she had feelings for him. Moreover, as Im Sun, Mi-Jin helped Ji-Ung collect evidence against hospital director Baek Cheol-Gyu. The episode ended with Cheol-Gyu comparing Im Sun’s blood test result with that of a woman of the same name.
For context, Mi-Jin uses her missing aunt Im Sun’s name for her 50-year-old version. Hence, Cheol-Gyu assumes she is the same woman, adding suspense to the storyline. In the latest episode 10, Im Sun, Byeong-Deok, and Ji-Ung find unusual things at the hospital. While sharing the collected evidence, Im Sung looks scared. She thinks of the moment when Cheol-Gyu compared her blood test results with her aunt’s.
What happens in Miss Night and Day episode 10?
In Miss Night and Day episode 10, Im Sun/Mi-Jin wonders why Cheol-Gyu is behind her missing aunt. Meanwhile, the hospital director looks at the previous day’s CCTV camera footage and sees Im Sun sneaking into his office floor. Gritting his teeth, he asks, “Has the time come for us now to put this to an end?”
On the other hand, top star Ko Won helps Im Sun find the lost cat that may bring Mi-Jin’s life back to normal. But things backfire, and they don’t find the cat.
Later, her friend, Ga-Yeong, calls Mi-Jin at night, asking her whereabouts. Ga-Yeong wants to help her and Ji-Ung start a relationship. When she puts Mi-Jin on the speaker in front of Ji-Ung, he hears a man’s voice with Mi-Jin. Furthermore, Ji-Ung cannot sleep at night as he whines while thinking about Mi-Jin with Ko Won. Meanwhile, Ko Won seems to be attracted to Mi-Jin, adding a love triangle to the plot.

Further in the episode, Ji-Ung and Byeong-Deok discover that drugs are hidden on a mountain. When they get stuck on the way, they seek Im Sun’s help. The 50-year-old shocks Ji-Ung with her mountain climbing skills. They find the drugs and start the investigation.
Meanwhile, Ko Won is interviewed, and he is asked if he likes older women. Byeong-Deok, who has been suspicious of Ko Won and Im Sun’s closeness, loses his temper. In reality, Byeong-Deok is beating up Ko Won in his thoughts and not in real life. Later, the top star meets Im Sun and becomes happy when she ignores Ji-Ung.
Byeong-Deok forces Ko Won to have a drink with him and lashes out [in a comical way] at him for pursuing a 50-year-old lady. Soon, he passes out, and Ko Won becomes annoyed by that situation. Ji-Ung arrives at the restaurant, and they leave together. Although the prosecutor is not his fan, he helps the top star escape from the crowd.

Miss Night and Day episode 10 further focuses on Ko Won and Ji-Ung’s conversation about Mi-Jin. The star questions the prosecutor about the status of his relationship with Mi-Jin. He further remarks, “I hate getting in between two people.” At night, Ji-Ung hesitates to call her while she struggles to understand her feelings.
The next day, Im Sun informs Ji-Ung that the drugs that they found at the mountain and the ones they found at the hospital are the same. On the other hand, someone keeps sending threatening messages to Ko Won that may relate to Mi-Jin’s secret.
At night, Ji-Ung visits Mi-Jin and questions her about why she has not been picking up his calls. He becomes frustrated when Mi-Jin says it’s her personal matter. Further, she asks if she has offended Ji-Ung since their last meeting, hinting at their failed first kiss. When he says no, Mi-Jin asks, “Then, is it a problem if I see Ko Won over public or personal matters?” After their banter, he leaves her house but returns soon after.
It starts to rain when Mi-Jin rushes outside her house. She sees Ko Won, who asks her to quit her job and work with him. When Mi-Jin gets irritated, he confesses that he likes her and is worried about her safety. Meanwhile, Ji-Ung witnesses the two standing close to each other under one umbrella.
