Does The Fall Guy Have an End-Credits or Post-Credits Scene?

People who wish to watch The Fall Guy want to know if they should stick through the credits for an additional scene. Does The Fall Guy have an end-credits or post-credits scene? Here’s everything you need to know.

Is there an end-credits, post-credits, or mid-credits scene in The Fall Guy?

The Fall Guy has just one mid-credits scene which plays after the initial credits roll. End-credits scenes have arguably become a staple for moviegoers, thanks to the MCU. These additional sequences are used to offer additional gags or set up sequels. The Fall Guy also uses its final scene to its advantage.

Before the scene, we get a special behind-the-scenes glimpse of the film. Sequences of practical stunt work, blooper shots, and the making of other scenes play along with the credits to honor the cast, crew, and stunt people in particular.

There is no footage at the very end of the final credits. But the one mid-credits scene after the film’s BTS shots is unmissable. It answers a big question that fans might have if they leave the theaters without watching it.

The Fall Guy’s mid-credits scene explained

The Fall Guy’s end-credits scene solves the mystery of what happened to Tom Ryder and his executive producer Gail Meyer. The film’s ending saw Jody Moreno completing her movie, which replaced Tom Ryder with Jason Momoa as its lead. But Momoa replaced Ryder due to the aftermath of the final battle shown in the final scene.

It saw Lee Majors and Heather Thomas from the original Fall Guy series, which lasted 5 seasons in the 80s, make a cameo. They come in as cops to arrest Ryder and Meyer after Moreno and Colt Seavers extract a confession out of Ryder.

While Gail Meyer ended up being arrested, Ryder likely died after being caught in an on-set explosion that he caused while running from the police. Stephanie Hsu’s Alma Milan also returned to the scene following her action sequence alongside Colt earlier in the film.

Upon seeing Ryder explode, she immediately made a call to get Jason Momoa’s agent online, resulting in the actor leading Metalstorm.
