Ever since AMC’s fan-favorite series ended, people have been wishing for more Breaking Bad. It happened briefly with Aaron Paul’s El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie in 2019. Further, fans have also been basking in the glory of Better Call Saul.
Cranston’s Walter White reprised his role in both these projects. But his appearances were possible because they took place before the events of the Breaking Bad Season 5 finale. And now that the following new poster of a film called “Heisenberg” has gone viral on social media, people are wondering if it is real.
The poster also comes with the following caption that talks about Walter White’s returns:

Unfortunately, neither the caption nor the poster is real as no “Heisenberg” movie was ever put in development by AMC. So, it cannot come out in August 2024.

No, Bryan Cranston is not returning as Walter White in the Heisenberg Breaking Bad movie as it is not happening.
Due to the way the Breaking Bad Season 5 finale ended things for Walter White (by killing him off), it’s not possible for Cranston to be back for the role set in a sequel set in the present day.
