Disney Plus‘ new TV and movie releases for March 18-24 2024 include X-Men ’97, the highly anticipated revival of the iconic X-Men: The Animated Series, and a new episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3.
On March 20, Marvel fans and fans of the original ’90s X-Men: The Animated Series can get excited. The highly anticipated revival of the ’90s superhero animated series, X-Men ’97 hits Disney Plus. This revival series will pick up from where the original animated series left off. It will show the X-Men face new threats and challenges following the loss of their leader Professor X. This will also be the first series falling under Marvel’s new Marvel Animation banner.
Also on March 20th, a new episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3 titled “Bad Territory” hits Disney Plus. This episode will continue the storyline of the renegade clone trooper team The Bad Batch. The group work to escape the grasp of the Galactic Empire and reunite with Omega, who has been captured and taken to an Imperial lab.
Disney Plus will also see the release of all episodes of Photographer on the National Geographic channel during this week. This show will be about world-renowned conservation photographers. The pilot episode will focus on National Geographic’s 2018 Adventurers of the Year Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier.
The other releases hitting Disney Plus this week include nine episodes of Life Below Zero Season 22, and 18 episodes of Morphle and the Magic Pets Season 1.
