An original entity that appears at the event is reportedly the inspiration behind the title of the rumored film. Kaledonia Pictures, the production company behind The Unknown, released a synopsis of the plot. The production company told Bloody Disgusting, “We are excited to begin production and look forward to sharing more with you as soon as possible. We are actually only a few miles from the event, so it is quite surreal to see Glasgow all over social media, worldwide.”
However, since the news about the project has come out, several have questioned the veracity of it. Kaledonia Pictures appears to be very new, as is the website of the film. Moreover, the company’s website reportedly exists only as an e-mail. So, this is either part of an elaborate prank or there will be a genuine film on the disastrous Glasgow event.
