HBO Max‘s new TV and movie releases for January 8-14 include True Detective: Night Country and Batwheels Season 2A via Cartoon Network.
Beginning on January 12, viewers can start streaming Batwheels Season 2A via Cartoon Network. Batwheels is an animated series that revolves around the team Batwheels, comprised of the vehicles belonging to Batman and his family, brought to life to help clean up crime in Gotham City.
Then on January 14, viewers can catch the fourth season of True Detective, subtitled Night Country. The season will star Jodie Foster and Kali Reis as Detectives Liz Danvers and Evangeline Navarro. This will be the first season to not feature the series creator and showrunner of the first three seasons Nic Pizolatto as showrunner or a writer. The story will revolve around the investigation of the disappearance of eight men from a research station.
