Netflix‘s new TV and movie releases for October 2-8 include The Transporter: Refuelled, Lupin Part 3, and Fair Play.
Starting on October 4, viewers can stream The Transporter: Refuelled, the fourth film of The Transporter franchise and a reboot of the series, which sees Ed Skrein playing the role of Frank Martin, a role previously played by Jason Statham in the first three films of the franchise. In the film, Frank finds himself caught up in a bank heist and kidnapping plot masterminded by a mysterious woman named Anna.
Then on October 5, viewers can stream the long-awaited third part of Lupin, a French series that revolves around a highly skilled thief named Assane Diop, played by Omar Sy, who tries to take revenge on the man who had his father imprisoned on false charges, which ultimately led to his father’s death.
Finally, on October 6, viewers can stream Fair Play, an erotic thriller that stars Solo: A Star Wars Story’s Alden Ehrenreich and Bridgerton’s Phoebe Dynevor as a newly engaged couple whose relationship is threatened by an unexpected promotion at a cutthroat hedge fund firm.
Other releases set to take place during October 2-8 include Beckham, a limited series revolving around David Beckham’s journey from humble beginnings to football stardom, Everything Now, a British series that focuses on 17-year-old Mia, who rejoins Sixth Form after a hospital stay caused by anorexia nervosa, and Strong Girl Nam-soon, a Korean series revolving around Gang Nam-soon, a girl who has superhuman strength.
