With the Ahsoka release date approaching, fans wonder whether beloved Star Wars Rebels character Zeb Orrelios will return in the upcoming Disney Plus series. Is Zeb still alive during the events of the show? If so, is Zeb in Ahsoka? Here’s what you need to know.
Is Zeb Orrelios in Ahsoka?
Disney Plus hasn’t explicitly confirmed Zeb Orrellios’ return in Ahsoka.
As fans know, Zeb isn’t listed as one of the Rebels characters returning in Ahsoka. Fans can expect to see the live-action version of Sabine Wren, Hera Syndulla, Chopper, Ezra Bridger, and more Rebels familiar faces, but Zeb might not be one of them. Does this mean Zeb isn’t appearing in Ahsoka? Not necessarily.
Producers might also surprise the fans and set an unexpected cameo for Zeb. (And many people hope the same for Kanan; even though he is technically dead, there are ways to bring a character back in Star Wars). The series will likely reference Zeb in some way, considering he was part of Ahsoka’s past, and they both fought against the Galactic Empire.

The chances that Zeb might appear in Ahsoka are still high. The forthcoming Disney Plus series is roughly set during the events of The Mandalorian season 3. Considering Zeb is still alive and well on the planet Adelphi, as seen in “Chapter 21: The Pirate,” we can safely say he survived what happened since the last episode of Rebels season 4. Fans must wait and watch the series to see whether the Ghost crew will reunite in Ahsoka.
Ahsoka premieres on Disney Plus on August 23.
