Xbox Game Pass March

3 Titles Leaving Xbox Game Pass at End of March 2024

While Xbox Game Pass may sell itself on its vast catalog, not every title is there to stay. Three games, including MLB the Show 23, will leave Microsoft’s subscription service at the end of March.

Game Pass Losing MLB the Show 23, Hot Wheels Unleashed, and Infinite Guitars

As shown on Game Pass’ Leaving Soon page, subscribers only have a limited time to try out MLB the Show 23, Hot Wheels Unleashed: GOTY Edition, and Infinite Guitars. Released last year, MLB The Show 23 is the previous installment of Sony and Santa Monica Studio’s annual baseball sim. Meanwhile, Hot Wheels Unleashed is a racing game from 2021, while Infinite Guitar is a genre-bending indie sci-fi rhythm game.

Infinite Guitars is perhaps the most unique title leaving Xbox’s subscription service. Published by Signalis publisher Humble and developed by Nikko Nikko, it takes place in a world destroyed by giant robots. However, the player can turn the mech’s technology against them with the power of their electric guitar. Unfortunately, the anime-inspired rhythm game only saw middling reviews. Still, Game Pass subscribers have a chance to decide for themselves. The game normally retails for $19.99.

Hot Wheels Unleashed: Game Of The Year Edition normally retails for $79.99. However, it is currently on sale for $11.99 via Xbox’s digital store. Its presence on Game Pass thus gives subscribers a convenient opportunity to try before they buy. The GOTY edition includes all the game’s DLC cars and cosmetics.

The standard edition of MLB The Show 23 isn’t available digitally for Xbox without a subscription. Fortunately, MLB The Show 24 arrives on Game Pass March 19.
