Midnight Suns’ Wolverine Spotlight Teases Logan’s Abilities

Firaxis Games is still releasing Midnight Suns trailers, despite its recent delay. This newest one looks at Wolverine and also confirms that Steve Blum is reprising his role as Logan.

This teaser gives a brief glimpse at Wolverine, who appears to be quite angry with his constant screams and vicious attacks. It’s unclear how or if this applies to his offensive style since the game has gamified traits of other heroes. A full gameplay trailer should come sometime soon to answer these questions, as this series typically has a spotlight just before its in-depth character breakdown. Firaxis Games has already done the same with Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel.

Firaxis isn’t going to stop anytime with these types of videos even though it has been delayed past October. Its Twitter account explained that the team is still planning on showing more of its characters before launch. Whether or not the cadence of these drops change remains to be seen.

The trailer also shows more of Steve Blum’s voice work in action. Blum has been Wolverine a number of different times and has played the character in Fortnite, the Ultimate Spider-Man TV series, 2013’s Deadpool and Marvel Heroes video game, and Marvel vs. Capcom 3 along with a number of other video games and shows. He was in 2009’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but did not play Wolverine, as Hugh Jackman voiced the titular character on the game based on the film he starred in.
