The LEGO sets were officially announced in a brief teaser video on the official Nintendo Twitter account, which also dropped the official release date of January 1, 2022. The three Luigi’s Mansion sets are the Lab and Poltergust Expansion Set, Entryway Expansion Set, and the Haunt-and-Seek Expansion Set.

The Luigi’s Mansion LEGO set joins the growing collection of Mario-themed LEGO sets, with the latest being the incredibly detailed and fairly complex Super Mario 64 block. Prior to that, Nintendo and LEGO have partnered for a variety of other Mario content, including playsets that allow players to interact with their LEGOs as if they were in the video games themselves.

The Luigi’s Mansion Lab and Poltergust Expansion set is $24.99, the Entryway Expansion set is $39.99, and the Haunt-and-Seek Expansion set is $79.99.  In the past, Mario LEGO sets haven’t been extremely limited, so you should be able to get your hands on one whenever they do become available.
