Users who have the service can pair it with their consoles now, with Sony stating that everything from song playback, curated playlists, 4K music videos, and Apple Music Radio will be available on the service. PlayStation’s Apple Music integration also offers background music and music video playback functionality, meaning users will be able to play music before, during, or after any gaming session.

For those looking for a bit of a breakdown on how to start up the music during games, simply pressing the PS button on the DualSense controller will do it. From there, navigate to the Music Function card and Sony says that music recommendations will appear that are based on the games you’re actually playing. Of course, you’ll also be able to play whatever music you have in your library.
