“It’s time to break out the neon spandex and acid-washed jeans as the definitive John Hughes films of the ’80s come together in one incredible 3-movie set, The Brat Pack Movies & Music Collection. Reunite with stars Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall, Judd Nelson and Emilio Estevez as they encounter teen love in Sixteen Candles, teen angst in The Breakfast Club and raging teen hormones in Weird Science. The Brat Pack Movies & Music Collection proves that the Brat Pack is back and here to stay.”

Mini-Review:
If you grew up in the 80’s, chances are you’ve seen one or more of these films. John Hughes and the Brat Pack were a staple of the decade and they are celebrated here. If you’re a fan of these movies, this is a perfect way to get them together all in one set. Unfortunately, the only bonus feature is the music CD. If you’re into more extensive, behind the scenes bonus features you may be disappointed, but if you love the music, the CD is a nice treat. Now you can jam to Oingo Boingo and “Weird Science” as you cruise down the highway. On a side note, the “totally awesome ring binder packaging” is a nice touch, but it’s a bit impractical when you try to put it on the shelf with the rest of your DVD collection.
