The upcoming Wuxia C-drama Five Kings of Thieves is all set to meet viewers on March 23, 2024. The drama was initially supposed to premiere on March 13, 2024, but it was later postponed. It features famous actors Darren Wang and Ren Min in the leading roles. The historical fantasy drama tells the story of Huo Xiao Xie (Darren Wang), who dies several times while fighting evil and protecting people close to him.
The story takes place in ancient China. Xiao Xie, a kind and intelligent young man with a sense of justice, becomes involved with a controversial foreign organization that steals the country’s national treasure. He and a group of rebellious students launched a campaign in this time of crisis to restore China to its former glory and protect the family of five elements.
