Ongoing romantic C-drama Amidst a Snowstorm of Love has released its final episode on February 14, 2024. The drama featured popular actors Zhao Jinmai and Leo Wu in the main roles. The original broadcasting networks of the drama are Dragon TV and Tencent Video. Amidst a Snowstorm of Love is an adaptation of the web novel “Zai Bao Xue Shi Fen” by Mo Bao Fei Bao. Tien Jen Huang and Yu Bo are the directors of the drama.
It told the story of Lin Yiyeng (Leo Wu), a former professional snooker player, and Yin Guo (Zhao Jinmai), a professional nine-ball player. The duo meets for the first time during a blizzard. Shy and introverted Yiyeng falls in love with Yin Guo at first sight. As they continue to meet and form a close bond, they become each other’s inspiration. Yiyeng left Snooker after receiving unfair treatment. But for Yin Guo’s sake he decides give snooker a second chance and chase his dream.
On the final episode of Amidst a Snowstorm of Love, Yiyeng is sitting in the lounge, browsing through Yin Guo’s Weibo account. He is delighted to see how Yin Guo appreciates him and remembers even the smallest details about him. Meanwhile, Yin Guo comes to know about Yiyeng’s burner account from his friends. Yiyeng had told her that he does not use social media but he has been using a secret burner account to document Yin Guo’s journey as a successful nine-ball player.

On the final episode of Amidst a Snowstorm of Love, Yiyeng and Yin Guo come even closer and their bond gets stronger. At night, they enjoy fireworks together. The couple shares some intimate moments. Yiyeng takes out a guitar and sings a lovely song for her. The same song that played at the bar on the night they first met each other. Yiyeng tells Yin Guo how her influence has completely changed his life. He compares his life with the movie The Truman Show and says that he is sometimes scared because life with Yin Guo is too good to be true. To everyone’s surprise, he takes out a ring and proposes Yin Guo for marriage. Yin Guo is so happy that she can’t stop crying. She says yes.
The next scene takes viewers three years later. Yiyeng has achieved his dream of opening the biliard room in Dongxin City. Yin Guo is a successful nine-ball player. The couple is still as smitten with each other as when they first started dating. The also have a kid together. Yiyeng and Yin Guo’s story finally gets its fairytale ending.
