The ongoing romantic C-drama Amidst a Snowstorm of Love released episode 12 on February 6, 2024. The drama features popular actors Leo Wu and Zhao Jinmai in the main roles. The original broadcasting networks of the drama are Dragon TV and Tencent Video.
It tells the story of Lin Yiyeng (Leo Wu), a former professional snooker player. Yiyeng falls for Yin Guo (Zhao Jinmai) at first sight after he meets her during a blizzard. Yin Guo is a professional nine-ball player. Her presence completely changes Yiyeng’s life. As they continue to spend time together, they fall in love. They become each other’s motivation.
In episode 12 of Amidst a Snowstorm of Love, Lin Yiyeng is taking Yin Guo back to her city. Yin Guo asks him if he will come to see her game. Yiyeng is unsure if he will be able to make time. The couple part ways at the station but Yin Guo is sad to see him go.
Yiyeng catches a bus to return to his city. He starts to chat with the driver. The driver is impressed with how much Yiyeng travels on foot. Yiyeng mentions that he is trying to save money. Besides, he does all this just to see his girlfriend. After returning, Yiyeng decides to spend the night in the billiard room.

Yiyeng recalls the time his coach threw him out of the group. No matter how much his teammates asked him to swallow his pride and apologize, he didn’t budge. He decides to practice for some time on his own.
Meanwhile, Yin Guo bumps into Chengyan in the practice room. Chengyan is a fellow snooker player who has been romantically interested in the past. Yin Guo texts Yiyeng and tells him about the encounter. Yiyeng gets worried. Without delay, he calls his friend Wu Wei (Dong Zifan) and tells him to keep Yin Guo company. Wu Wei comes there and introduces Yin Guo to Chengyan as Yiyeng’s girlfriend.
After she takes her leave, he tells Yin Guo not to worry about other girls because Yiyeng is not interested in anyone else. Moreover, she is the only girl Yiyeng has approached on his own. Yin Guo participates in the tournament, which includes the champions of the China Open and all world championships. Yiyeng is unable to visit her match in person, but he carefully observes the live match on his phone. Yin Guo qualifies for the next game.
After the match, Yin Guo rests in the lounge area. Meanwhile, to everybody’s surprise, Yiyeng arrives there to surprise her. He has let go of his pride and has visited a game after all these years, just to see Yin Guo happy. Yin Guo is very happy to see him and she starts to tear up.
