Vampire Dormitory episode 5 recap
The episode starts where the previous one left off, with Mito crying on Ren’s shoulders. Ren’s heart starts to speed up, and he attacks Mito, revealing his fangs but pulling away before he can bite her. On the way back to the dorm, she worries about Ren, pondering if he really could be a vampire.
Upon arriving, she finds Ruka obsessing over his Magic Girls game and failing to recognize she was there. He then uses Maina to tease her while they lay down, causing her to panic and leave. Elsewhere, Mito walks through the streets, confused and wondering if she can tell Ruka she is a girl. However, Mito is interrupted by some thugs who grab her off the street. Ren arrives and saves her, later bringing her to his room and apologizing for earlier.
Mito then asks Ren if he is a vampire, but he reveals he is a dhampir with a vampire dad and a human mom. Ren tells her about being abandoned by his mom, who was his only ally in both worlds. Meanwhile, Ruka searches the city for Mito, finally arrives at the dormitory, and searches everyone’s room. The episode ends with him finding Mito and Ren sleeping on the bed and asking her to stay with Ren.
