Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 2 episode 14 was titled “Wedding Reception.” As evident from the title, the episode featured the pre-wedding reception hosted by Rudeus and Sylphie.
As such, the episode begins with the couple preparing for the reception. They send out invitations and shop for groceries. Eventually, the big day arrives, and the couple finds most of the guests at the party except for Jenius and Soldat. At the party, Rudeus gives his speech, and Badigadi makes his “grand entrance.”
In a shocking turn of events, the episode showcases Elinalise bursting into tears as she congratulates Sylphie. The latter then confronts her, revealing that Elinalise is her grandmother. However, she guarantees Rudeus that Sylphie is nothing like her and that he should not let her go. Rudeus, in turn, promises to not abandon his fiancé.
Later, Ariel requests Rudeus to accept a challenge to a duel against Luke. Rudeus accepts the challenge, and the two exhibit their swordsmanship. The protagonist eventually wins the duel, which reassures Ariel that Sylphie is in safe hands.
