An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How To Love Your Elf Bride is based on Fuminori Teshima’s light novel of the same name. It follows the story of Zagan, one of the 13 archdemons who are regarded as the world’s strongest mages. Despite being socially awkward and foulmouthed, his name strikes fear into people’s hearts.
He is invited to an auction and discovers a beautiful elven girl, Nephy. Zagan falls in love with her at first sight, which leads to him using his whole fortune to acquire her. However, being a poor conversationalist, he needs help communicating his wants or thoughts, which eventually leads to many misunderstandings.
The anime features an all-star lineup of talent, including Yūsuke Kobayashi, who plays Zagan, and Kana Ichinose as Nephy. Additionally, Brow Beat will perform the opening song, “Wakaranai Ai,” while Sayaka Yamamoto will perform the ending song, “Blue Star.”
