Mashle Season 2 episode 11, titled “Mash Burnedead and the Origin of the Greatest Magic User,” aired on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:30 p.m. JST. After saving Wahlberg from his supposed father, Innocent Zero, in the previous episode, Mash finally confronts him.
Wahlberg was furious at Mash for coming to save him as Innocent Zero was after him. But Mash said he was simply helping the elderly; his words rang deep within Wahlberg. Someone like him, who is considered the strongest wizard in the realm, is treated like an everyday old-timer by Mash.
Zero tried to convince Mash to come to him, but the latter ignored his words. Innocent Zero then sealed him and Wahlberg in a dark sphere, where he stole Wahlberg’s space magic. He told them that stealing magic is his specialty, as he stole Adam Job’s magic.
Although Mash was able to pull them both out of the sphere, it was too late, as Wahlberg’s wand was now in Zero’s hands. Zero used space sacrifice to obliterate a mountain, leaving Wahlberg shocked at the magic output. Mash closed the distance between them and launched a series of fierce attacks at Zero, but he remained unfazed.
Mash continued to layer the attacks, but Innocent Zero laughed them off. Innocent Zero was about to counter when his body started to give out, forcing him to retreat. However, before fleeing, he summoned a giant demon before Easton, which forced Mash to rush back to Easton to fight the new demon.

While Wahlberg and Mash confronted Zero, the divine visionaries looked to bring order to the school. After the giant spatial magic vanished, Ryoh decided to look for Wahlberg while Orter looked for any villain nearby.
Innocent Zero then erased all the defeated demon corpses, fusing them to form a giant demon right in front of the school. He also released all the students trapped in his time spell to create massive panic. Dot tried to launch a spell at the monster, but a nullifying barrier protected it from any spells.
Meanwhile, Kaldo set off to find the caster responsible for the nullifying barrier. Lance and Margarette stopped the falling rubble from crushing the students. However, all of them were sealed off inside the Colosseum.
Mash arrived just in time and stopped the monster from harming anyone. He was able to hold the monster with the chains of its body. The students, though thankful, questioned if a student with no magic should be at the top of the school. But they were moved by his actions and willingness to fight for them and started cheering for him. Inspired by his newfound support, Mash overpowered the monster, swinging it in the air before tossing it aside. The feat surprised everyone, including Orter himself. The episode ended with Ryoh and Wahlberg receiving the news of the monster’s defeat.
