Shueisha Announces One Piece Novel Heroines

Shueisha recently made an exciting announcement about the One Piece franchise. The announcement featured the new upcoming light novel, expanding the One Piece universe, titled “ONE PIECE novel HEROINES [Colorful].”

Jun Esaka is penning the light novel, while Sayaka Suwa is illustrating it. One Piece novel Heroines will highlight major female characters from the One Piece series, including Hancock, Tashigi, Reiju, Uta, Nami, and Robin.

The light novel will feature various episodes that focus on each of the aforementioned characters.

As such, “Episode: Hancock” will mark the return of one of Hancock’s subordinates after her absence from the sea for a long time. As she begins to tell a love story, the team will face a challenging hurricane. Similarly, “Episode: Tashigi” will revolve around Tashigi passing on her swordplay to a young pupil.

Meanwhile, “Episode: Reiju” will encompass a culinary narrative featuring Reiju and her brothers struggling to cook without the help of a cook. Similarly, “Episode: Uta” hinges on Uta as she is reminiscent of Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates. She will also sing a new song, which acts as an icing on the cake.

Additionally, there will be an “Extra Episode: Nami & Robin,” which will center around Nami and Robin as they prioritize self-care rituals while on their sea voyage. Chopper and Brook will aid the two young women.
