Demon Slayer: To the Hashira Training Trailer Reveals February Debut in Global Theaters

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime is returning to the big screen to conclude the Swordsmith Village Arc. Thus, fans will finally get a glimpse at the much-anticipated Hashira Training Arc. Crunchyroll and Aniplex of America have revealed the dates for the global theatrical premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training- in many countries. 

Unfortunately, it did not reveal the release date for a few countries, including India, but Crunchyroll affirms that it will unveil the remining dates soon. Moreover, fans will be treated to an exclusive preview of the Hashira Training Arc, which will debut in spring 2024, in Japan. 

Demon Slayer: To the Hashira Training Arc Global Theatrical release dates

Crunchyroll, along with Aniplex of America and Sony Pictures Entertainment, will release the Swordsmith Village Arc finale premiere in North American theaters from February 23, 2024, onwards. As for the rest of the regions, the theatrical premiere is scheduled globally in the following manner:

  • February 21, 2024 – Malta
  • February 22, 2024 – Albania, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Lithuania, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland (Italian-speaking), Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela
  • February 23, 2024 – Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
  • February 24, 2024 – Estonia, France (note: two-day event screening), Switzerland (French-speaking), and select countries in French-speaking Africa
  • February 27, 2024 – Austria, Germany, Switzerland (German-speaking)

Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc: World Tour Special Screenings release dates

Aside from that, Crunchyroll and Aniplex of America will host World Tour Special Screenings in various cities. As per the release schedule, the following cities include:

  • February 10, 2024 – New York City, New York (Regal Union Square)
  • February 13, 2024 – Berlin, Germany (UCI Kinowelt Colosseum)
  • February 17, 2024 – Mexico City, Mexico (Crunchyroll is yet to reveal the location)
  • February 19, 2024 – São Paulo, Brazil (Cinemark El Dorado)
  • February 10, 2024 – Paris, France (UGC Normandie)
  • February 25, 2024 – London, United Kingdom (BFI IMAX)

Many special guests will grace the World Tour Screening events in most cities. This includes the anime’s producer, Yuma Takahashi, in almost all the cities. Moreover, fans will be treated to a musical performance by Milet in Paris. Natsuki Hanae, Takahiro Sakurai, and Hiro Shimono will also grace the special screenings with their presence.
