Shin no Nakama ja Nai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni Shimashita, commonly called Banished from the Hero’s Party season 2, released a new key visual and several updates of the upcoming season. Fans have been quite excited for this anime ever since the announcement of the second season earlier this year. This series is an adaptation of the light novel by Zappon and Yasumo. With revelations of more information about the upcoming installment, fans are quite delighted.
The second season of this series is set to air in January 2024. This season will pick up from where the first season of Banished from the Hero’s Party ended in Fall 2021. The anime revealed a lot of information recently, such as the director, changes from the first season’s staff, voice roles for new characters, and the release date.

The first key visual for the second season of Banished From The Hero’s Party has been released on the series’ official website. We also got some information on the cast and staff along with a new image. Yumiri Hanamori will voice Van, Ai Kakuma will voice Lavender, Satoshi Mikami will voice Cardinal Lub, and Aya Uchida will voice Esther. These new voice roles will bolster an already talented cast of voice actors like Ryota Suzuki and Kanon Takao.
There have also been some changes in the staff. The anime was previously produced in collaboration between Studio Flad and Wolfsbane. However, their deal ended. Ergo, the second season will be produced by Studio Flad alone. Makoto Hoshino, who was the first season’s director, has been promoted to chief director, and Satoshi Takafuji will be undertaking the role of director.
The first season concluded with the lead characters, Red and Rit, becoming an official couple. The story doesn’t end as we see Yarandrala has learned about the two’s location in Zoltan. The events following her discovery picked up from volume 5 of the light novel. This means we’ll see another four light novels getting animated with Banished from the Hero’s Party season 2.
