Blue Lock Episode 12 Recap
For the second selection’s first stage, each player must achieve 100 goals within 90 minutes. Isagi manages to get through the stage, adjusting and improving every time the difficulty level of the goals increased. Eventually, he improves the formula he has for scoring goals. After clearing the first stage, he enters the room for the second stage, where they need to form a team of three.
Bachira arrives right after Isagi, so they team up and discuss who they’ll pick as the third person. They decide to wait for either Chigiri or Kunigami, but Nagi suddenly asks Isagi to join his team with Reo. Isagi declines because he wants to team up with Bachira. Nagi then offers to join their team, surprising Reo. He tells Reo why he wants to play with Isagi, and Reo reluctantly lets Nagi join Isagi and Bachira.
Meanwhile, Kunigami and Chigiri team up. Ego explains that the third stage will have three-on-three battles. The winning team will then choose a player from the losing team to become a team of four. To clear the second selection, they need to pass the fifth stage with a team of five. The players are free to choose who they want to battle.
The new Blue Lock rankings appear. Isagi and Bachira are 15th and 16th, while Nagi is 7th. They encounter Tokimitsu, Aryu, and Itoshi Rin in the waiting room. Isagi takes the risk and asks the top three to play against them.
