Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Episode 9 releases on Monday, December 5. In Japan, the episode will air on Tuesday, December 6, at 12 a.m. JST.
Disney+ and Hulu are simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles will be out 30 minutes after its release in Japan. In the United States, that would be at the following times on Monday:

Everyone is recovering from the Wandenreich’s attack. Meanwhile, Isane asks Unohana if they did the right thing by staying at the Squad 4 barracks. Unohana comforts her and says it was the Head Captain’s final order. Urahara sends Ichigo a message stating that their group is safe. Rukia, now in stable condition, thanks Ichigo for coming to protect the Soul Society. Hirako adds that Ichigo drove the enemy leader away. After Ichigo leaves, Rukia notices that Ichigo must be dealing with more serious matters.
Elsewhere, the Thirteen Court Guard Squads Captains mourn Yamamoto’s death. Ichigo goes to Kurotsuchi and finds out his Zanpakuto can’t be fixed. Kurotsuchi also explains that a destroyed Bankai cannot be restored. Shortly after, they head out to meet Squad Zero. Squad Zero brings Ichigo, Rukia, Byakuya, and Renji with them back to the Royal Palace. Urahara, Sado, and Inoue briefly talk to Ichigo, assuring him that they’re safe and well. Urahara tells Ichigo he can decide on what he really wants to do. At the Royal Palace, Squad Zero explains how Ichigo was able to go up with them. They also explain what Aizen was trying to do. After that, Ichigo, Rukia, Byakuya, and Renji undergo Kirinji’s healing techniques.
