Disney+ and Hulu are simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles will be available 30 minutes after its release in Japan. In the United States, that would be at these times:

Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Episode 4 Recap
The sudden invasion of the Wandenrich has resulted in around a thousand casualties. Multiple Stern Ritters begin attacking various locations, overpowering the Soul Society. Even the Squad Captains are having a hard time fighting them. Meanwhile, Kurotsuchi is in his private laboratory continuing his investigation. He theorizes that the enemy is not necessarily stealing away one’s Bankai. Eventually, some of the Squad Captains end up using their Bankai. However, their opponents manage to steal their Bankai with the same round item Ebern used on Ichigo. The captains then realize that their information is incorrect.
With that, many continue to die. Akon then calls Urahara to request Ichigo’s assistance. Urahara updates him on what Ichigo is currently doing, and they’re surprised after finding out that the enemy couldn’t steal Ichigo’s Bankai. He then asks about the situation at Soul Society. Meanwhile, Quilge is wondering how Ichigo can still deflect his powerful attacks. Ichigo asks him why they want to seal his Bankai, but Quilge doesn’t answer. Suddenly, Urahara shoots a fatal blow at Quilge.
Urahara then tells Ichigo to head to the Soul Society immediately. Akon tells him that the enemy can steal one’s Bankai. Urahara also updates him on Quilge’s abilities and notes that they can’t steal Ichigo’s Bankai. While Ichigo is on his way, Quilge attacks the ones left behind at Hueco Mundo. He then launches another attack towards Ichigo, closing him inside a prison before he can even make it to Soul Society.
