Today, it was announced the Slow Loop anime will make its debut in January 2022. Additionally, crew details and a new piece of art that serves as a teaser have been revealed. Slow Loop originally began as a manga series written by Maiko Uchino. It has been serialized in Manga Time Kirara Forward since 2018. Its fourth volume released in January earlier this year. The manga follows a girl named Hiyori who loves fly fishing. During one of her regular fishing sessions, she coincidentally meets Koharu, her stepsister.
