AMC Renews The Son for Season 2

AMC announced today that it has renewed the Western drama The Son for season 2. The show stars Pierce Brosnan and is set around a Texas ranching and oil family and is based on Philipp Meyer’s New York Times best-selling and Pulitzer Prize finalist novel of the same nameThe Son will return to AMC next year with 10 new episodes.
