And a clarification on those “new glove” rumors
Shock’s New York correspondent Ed Douglas hit the Toy Fair 2010 show floor today and hit us with some awesome images of the year’s upcoming new horror collectibles. First up, we have NECA and Mezco’s take on the new Freddy Krueger from the upcoming A Nightmare on Elm Street.
NECA is prepping action figures for Krueger (pre- and post-burn) as well as a collectible glove (the first three images). Mezco is releasing Living Dead Doll and Mezitz figures.
Now, earlier reports that came out of the show this morning touted rumors of some sort of new “unseen!” Krueger glove that pre-burn Freddy wields. But that doesn’t seem to be the case and there is some massive confusion. As you can see below, Krueger is merely holding a hand rake. What he does with it in the film is anyone’s guess…
