After NBC cancelled “Hannibal” the thought was it would likely find a home at Amazon or maybe Netflix. After all, it has an audience around 1.8 million viewers in the States so why not? Well, I’m sure they have their reasons but showrunner Bryan Fuller revealed on Twitter that both Amazon and Netflix passed, but he’s “still investigating possibilities”.
I’m not sure how many other options are open to Fuller. Maybe Hulu or, as one Twitter commenter says, maybe the Food Network. However, with the contracts for stars Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy expiring it’s beginning to look like the season three finale will also be the series finale. Too bad.
