‘Sorority Row’ Trailer Looks a lot Like ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’

I watched the tail-end of the new trailer for Summit’s teen thriller Sorority Row and I can’t help but get a strong I Know What You Did Last Summer vibe from it as it centers on a group of five sorority girls who inadvertently cause the murder of one of their sisters in a prank gone wrong. As a result they agree to keep the matter to themselves and never speak of it again, but after graduation a mysterious killer goes after the five of them and anyone who knows their secret.

Come on, isn’t that almost the exact same plot device? Nevertheless, could still provide some entertainment.

The film stars Step Up 2 star Briana Evigan, Rumer Willis and even Carrie Fisher (not in slave Leia garb). Check out the trailer below and click here for a peek at a couple of pics.
