Hot Ones is one of the hottest shows for celebrities, hosted by Sean Evans. Recently, the much-anticipated episode featuring the Spider-Man and Punisher stars aired, giving fans another hilarious moment with the duo.
After completing the challenge, Evans, Holland, and Bernthal stood in front of the camera to bid farewell. However, during the outro, Holland began coughing due to the spiciness from the challenge and ended up vomiting on the floor.
This awkward moment was caught on camera, leaving the actor with cheers and laughter from the host and his co-star, who said, “Let’s go! Take a picture of that!” After recovering while still laughing, Holland added, “You can use that.”
The Spider-Man star eventually became the first person to vomit on the set of Hot Ones, marking a new and unfortunate milestone for him.
Holland and Bernthel first acted together in Pilgrimage. They recently worked together in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. During this time, the latter wanted to try method acting, which led to another hilarious moment. Further, the duo previously revealed that they helped each other with the auditions for their Marvel roles. They will next be seen in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Coming to Brand New Day, Peter Parker faces isolation and other challenges, with many adversaries and few allies. Further, in Odyssey, his character also faces challenges as he awaits his father’s return while maturing into a leader. In both movies, Bernthal’s character acts as an ally to Holland’s character.
The Odyssey is currently playing in theaters. Meanwhile, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will release on July 31, 2026.
