Details regarding Sadie Sink’s MCU debut in Spider-Man: Brand New Day might still be under wraps, but fans now know that her character will have a standout moment in the movie’s climax, thanks to Tom Holland. In a recent interview, Holland praised the Stranger Things star’s performance in his fourth solo outing as the iconic web-slinger before teasing her mysterious character’s contribution in Brand New Day’s third act.

While speaking with Collider’s Perri Nemiroff, the English actor described two sequences in Spider-Man 4 that could take fans by surprise, with Sadie Sink taking center stage in one of them.
He noted, “There’s two moments. There’s one with Sadie Sink, who’s making her MCU debut. She handled the pressure of the character that she’s playing with such grace, and the third act, she steals the movie. It is so good.”
In addition to praising Sadie Sink’s performance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Holland also spoke highly of his on-screen and real-life partner, Zendaya. Without revealing any major plot points, the 30-year-old actor stated, “And there is a scene with Zendaya, which is 10 toes down, probably the best scene that I’ve ever been a part of. It, she is like incredible in it. Both of them are like huge spoilers, but it is, it’s so good.”
Marvel and Sony have continued to keep Sink’s role in Spider-Man 4 under wraps, choosing not to reveal any details about her character. Despite the movie being just weeks away from its theatrical release, its promotional material has not featured any dedicated shots of the actor. In a recent interview, producer Amy Pascal revealed that the Brand New Day team is following a similar strategy for Sadie Sink as it did for Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire’s appearances in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
As such, fans will have to watch Spider-Man: Brand New Day in theaters on July 31 to learn more about Sink’s role.
