Millie Bobby Brown has finally reacted to Stranger Things fans wanting another finale after the end of Season 5. Stranger Things ended with its series finale on January 1. However, the finale received mixed responses. This led to the rise of a theory that the Duffer Brothers are holding an unreleased ending.

Millie Bobby Brown recently appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s show and responded to the theory surrounding the Stranger Things Season 5 finale.

After the release of the series finale, the Conformity Gate theory took over social media. It suggests that the makers of Stranger Things haven’t released the real ending of Season 5. Moreover, fans on social media platforms claimed that the current ending was fake. It was also speculated that the rumored episode 9 would be released on January 12, but a documentary titled One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5 was released on Netflix.

While speaking, Brown discussed how she dealt with the fate of her character, Eleven, in the series. Although fans were shown that Eleven had sacrificed herself, the truth was left open to interpretation after Mike’s speech at the end suggested he believes she is alive. When Fallon brought up the finale and said, “Then with the finale … They’re like, ‘It isn’t the finale. There’s an extra finale.” In response, Brown replied by telling fans outright, “Oh my gosh, shut up!”

Fallon agreed with the actress and added, “What more could you want? Yes, I said that’s a great ending. You had enough. Everything got solved. Everyone scored. It was like the greatest ending ever.”

Brown further conveyed that she and the Duffer Brothers have made a pact and only they know the true ending. She stated that her husband, Jake Bongiovi, also asks her to reveal the truth, but she says, “Absolutely not.”
