Crunchyroll has announced that the English dubs for a number of upcoming anime installments will have delayed releases. The animated series that will be impacted by this sudden development include Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2, among other fan-favorite titles.
Frieren Season 2 and other Crunchyroll anime to have delayed English dub releases
In a recent press release, the renowned anime streaming platform confirmed that, due to harsh weather conditions, it has decided to roll back the English dub versions of multiple highly anticipated anime.
Notably, Crunchyroll‘s in-house dubbing studio is situated in Dallas, Texas, which has recently been rocked by severe winter storms. This has caused unforeseen production delays, with Crunchyroll struggling to keep up with predefined schedules.
The impacted anime, which will have a postponed English dub release, include:
