Naruto has been one of the big three of old-generation Shonen and has been setting the standards for the upcoming Shōnen jump series. However, Naruto has a massive problem as audiences complain about the obnoxious amount of fillers. However, there are a few Naruto Shippuden fillers that have caught the attention of fans as the best fillers.

Minato was very diligent with his work after being selected as the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. He wished to have a long and peaceful reign as the Hokage. However, massive threats were lurking in the dark around Hidden Leaf, unbeknownst to Minato.

Minato was extremely delighted on the night when Naruto was born and wanted to spend some meaningful time with his family. However, grave danger hovered over Hidden Leaf as Obito decided to invade the village as well as unleash the Nine-Tails. This resulted in the deaths of Kushina, Minato, and many other villagers.

The Power arc is considered a high-rated filler in Naruto Shippuden, and the final episode of the arc was especially good. The events took place right before Naruto jumped into the build-up for the Fourth Great Ninja War. The final episode got very intense as Naruto’s limits were challenged by the mutated Nine-Tails clone.

Progressively, the fight kept getting more and more intense. Naruto even began to think about the Nine-Tails’ offer. However, guided by Minato’s voice, he eventually does the right thing. Naruto finally overcame his confidence issues and managed to defeat his enemy.

3. Episode 469

For most of the series, Kakashi’s face was hidden under a mask, and only his right eye was visible. This character wore a mask to cover his face, his mouth, and nose. Furthermore, the left eye was covered by the headband. The overall appearance of Kakashi not only made otakus curious about his looks but even caught Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke’s attention.

This episode was rather funny as Naruto discussed about getting a higher-ranked mission with Sakura and Sasuke, and soon after, he came up with the idea to see Kakashi without a mask. Sasuke showed interest in the plan, and the trio became determined to find a picture of Kakashi without his mask. This is a light-hearted, quite hilarious episode.

4. Episode 349

Viewers of Naruto are aware of Kakashi’s tragedies. He had his fair share of trauma from the Third Great Ninja War. This episode focused on his past and his nightmares about Rin’s death, which made him so depressed that he couldn’t leave his house.

Kakashi’s mental health is the focus of this episode. For those unaware, Kakashi’s mental health deteriorated after the deaths of Obito and Rin, two of his closest friends. He was assigned a mission by Minato following his appointment as the Hokage. However, the young shinobi couldn’t focus on his mission and was saved by Might Guy. This episode also showed how Kakashi joined Anbu.
