My Hero Academia Season 6 Trailer Previews October Release

The sixth season of My Hero Academia is set to join the upcoming fall anime season lineup at Crunchyroll when the season premieres on October 1, 2022.

The news was announced during the Behind the Scenes at BONES panel at the ongoing Crunchyroll Expo in San Jose, CA today. There, the president of the anime studio BONES, Masahiko Minami, announced the news. Alongside the news, a new English subtitled trailer for the highly anticipated upcoming season of My Hero Academia was released.

Besides the latest season of My Hero Academia, BONES also revealed that it was licensing Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 to Crunchyroll in January 2023, and that the highly anticipated third season of Mob Psycho 100 would also be making its way to Crunchyroll’s fall anime lineup later this year.

For those who might have missed the train on My Hero Academia, the series is available to stream in its entirety as of now. Currently, all 113 episodes of the anime are available to stream in both subbed and dubbed formats on Crunchyroll for those looking to catch up.

My Hero Academia began as a manga series written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi. It was first serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014. The anime television adaptation made its debut in 2016. Both are still ongoing.
