According to a report from Rolling Stone, Warner Bros. and DC executives held an emergency meeting on March 30, 2022, where they discussed Miller’s future with the studio following the arrest. The report notes that the consensus in the room was to “hit pause” on any future projects involving Miller, including any possible future appearances in the DC Extended Universe.

For the company, they’ll have some time to decide on what to do with Miller’s latest film, which is the Andrés Muschietti-directed The Flash. The superhero flick was recently moved from its original November 4, 2022 date to a June 23, 2023 release date. The report also mentions that The Flash‘s production was one fraught with drama, and saw Miller having “frequent meltdowns” on set that, while not involving any yelling or violent actions, did reportedly see Miller “losing it” at various times.
