Fantastic Beasts 3 Posters Introduce Dumbledore’s Army and More

Ahead of its newest trailer’s debut tomorrow, Warner Bros. Pictures has dropped a new batch of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore posters for the highly-anticipated third installment, featuring new and familiar characters. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on April 15.

The posters, which you can check out below, provided us with an introduction to Albus Dumbledore’s first army which includes Eddie Redmayne’s Newt Scamander, and Richard Coyle as the young version of Aberforth Dumbledore. The studio also gave us our first look at Grindelwald’s newest followers along with three global wizards, who fans will get to meet in the upcoming film.

“Professor Albus Dumbledore knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald is moving to seize control of the wizarding world,” reads the official synopsis. “Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?”

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore sees the return of Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Ezra Miller as Credence, Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore,  Jessica Williams as Professor Eulalie Hicks, and Callum Turner as Theseus.

The film is also set to introduce Mads Mikkelsen (Another Round) as the new Gellert Grindelwald, the villainous character first portrayed by Johnny Depp. Additional cast includes: Victoria Yeates as Bunty, William Nadylam as Yusuf Kama, Richard Coyle as Aberforth, Poppy Corby-Tuech as Vinda, Aleksandr Kuznetsov as Helmut, Oliver Masucci as Anton Vogel, Maria Fernanda Cândido as Vicência Santos, and Dave Wong as Liu Tao.

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is once again directed by David Yates from a screenplay written by J.K. Rowling and Steve Kloves. Producers are Heyman, Kloves, Rowling,  Lionel Wigram, and Tim Lewis.
