Attack on Titan DLC Is Invading Call of Duty: Vanguard & Warzone

Sometimes datamined information is accurate, no matter how bizarre it is. As dataminers pointed out in November, the popular anime Attack on Titan is making its way into Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone through some character and weapon DLC starting on January 20.

The Levi Edition Bundle contains all the Attack on Titan items. It will include the Titan Piercer weapon blueprint, Steel Cut finisher, a highlight intro and MVP highlight for Vanguard owners, two gun blueprints, an emblem, sticker, and charm and all are references to the show. It also includes the titular hero Levi Ackerman operator skin that lets other operators dress up as the Ackerman. Activision did not list a price but it will likely be around 2,400 COD Points, which is about $20.

And while Attack on Titan is the biggest addition, Activison also outlined a few other changes coming to the game. Isabella Rosario Dulnuan Reyes, a trained martial artist, is coming to the game before Season 1 ends as an operator. The Wild Rose bundle comes with Reyes and two weapon blueprints. A new SMG, the Welgun, is also coming through an in-game challenge or a weapon blueprint from the store.

And lastly, Zombies, as outlined by Treyarch, is receiving more content, which includes a classic endless mode, four new tiers of Artifact upgrades, some Pack-a-Punch, camos, weapons, the ability pause while playing solo, and more. Treyarch also teased some additions for Season 2 like a new map, more weapons, a story quest, another enemy type, and more. Zombies was widely criticized at the game’s launch for being an anemic offering that didn’t contain much content, something that could be the result of Treyarch having also developed 2020’s Black Ops: Cold War (which is apparently also getting more operators, too).
