The trailer for it is quite quick, showing Keanu Reeves asking, “How do we know what is real?” before it zooms back out. However, it appears as though this is a digital version of Reeves, which would related to the question he is asking and the general themes of the Matrix franchise.

It’s still not clear what exactly this will be. The description states that it will be give a “glimpse into the future of interactive storytelling and entertainment” through this “boundary-pushing cinematic and real-time tech demo.” Regardless, Director Lana Wachowski helped Epic Games create this experience and it will feature performances by Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss. More will be revealed on December 9 during The Game Awards where the two actors will be among two of the show’s many presenters.
