The Flash, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, All American & More Set Production Start Dates

According to Deadline, a number of Greg Berlanti shows are set to commence production in the near future. The biggest of the bunch appears to be Supergirl, which is set to begin filming its sixth and final season in Vancouver on Monday, September 28 “pending a deal with the local unions to comply with SAG’s testing guidelines which has proven difficult.”

Tentative productions dates on other series include October 1 for Season 7 of The Flash, October 5 for Season 6 of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, both in Vancouver. All American hopes to kick off its third season on Monday in Los Angeles while Superman & Lois, Titans and Kung-Fu are scheduled for a mid-October start. Meanwhile, Stargirl will film its second season at the end of October whilst the third season of Doom Patrol will likely film in January.

The trade notes that all of these dates could change in the event of another COVID outbreak.

As of now, Berlanti Prods. has three series in production — Batwoman, which started in Vancouver on Sep. 3, Riverdale, which started on Sep. 14, and the company’s HBO Max limited series The Flight Attendant, which recommenced filming on August 31 after production was halted in March.
