CBS Postpones Supergirl Episode 4 Following Paris Terrorist Attacks

CBS will delay Supergirl Episode 4 following the Paris attacks

Following the terror attacks in Paris on Friday, November 13, CBS has delayed Supergirl Episode 4. The episode, which was originally set to air tonight, dealt with a series of bombings in show’s fictional National City. The network will instead air the fifth episode of the new series. Titled “Livewire,” the episode is officially described as follows:

“Kara’s Thanksgiving may be ruined when she suspects her foster mother, Dr. Danvers (Helen Slater), who is coming to town, disapproves of her new role as a superhero. Also, when an accident transforms a volatile CatCo employee into the villainous Livewire, she targets Cat and Supergirl.”

Melissa Benoist leads the cast of Supergirl season one as the title character with a cast that also includes Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alexandra “Alex” Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott, Jenna Dewan Tatum as Lucy Lane (sister of Lois), Iddo Goldberg as Red Tornado, David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, and Dean Cain and Helen Slater.
