Columbia Pictures has acquired screen rights to “Enron,” the play written by Lucy Prebble that dramatizes the scandalous rise and fall of the Texas energy company.
Laura Ziskin will produce and Prebble will write the script.
“Enron” premiered at London’s Royal Court this month. It completes a sold-out run in November and moves to Broadway in spring.
