Universal has released the first poster for Lucy, the new film starrin Scarlett Johansson as a drug mule turned “superhero” when the drug she’s carrying leaks into her system and gives her access to 100% of her brain.
Directed by Luc Besson (La Femme Nikita, The Professional) we pretty much know exactly what to expect from this one, which isn’t to say I expect a bad movie. Besson simply makes (or, more often produces) movies of a certain sort nowadays and this one could be as good as something like Taken or even Brick Mansions, or as bad as Taken 2 or the Transporter sequels. We’ll know more come July 25 as the movie also upped its release date and will now take on Dwayne Johnson‘s Hercules.
