The Risky Biz Blog reports that Maria Full of Grace star Catalina Sandino Moreno has been cast as the vampire Maria in Summit Entertainment’s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Moreno will play a woman who tries to create a newborn army of vampires, recruiting the Confederate soldier Jasper to her cause.
Based on the Stephenie Meyer book, the third installment will be directed by David Slade (30 Days of Night) and start shooting next week in Vancouver.
